Keyboard & MIDI Instruction
Image

Remember that keyboard that sounded so good in the store - how you couldn't wait to start making music as soon as you got home? You purchased the keyboard and just as soon as you arrived home you plugged it in. You read the instruction manual and got as far as knowing how to play the demo that's programmed into the keyboard. You pushed the demo button and it sounded great!

Now you go back to the manual and start reading it. As you read on you suddenly realize even a M.I.T. graduate wouldn't understand these instructions!

This is when you stop reading the instructions and start to push the buttons on the keyboard just to hear what they do. Then you end up with a bunch of drum sounds on the keyboard that you just can't get rid of.

At this point your keyboard is now on display for your friends to see and when they come over, you push the demo button. They say; "Gee, that sounds great!" Of course you don't mention the fact that's all you can do with it and you're getting tired of hearing the same old demo!

It's time to call me!

(The Keyboard Doctor)

Most keyboards sold in the last few years have great, full sounds and are easy to play, no matter what your playing level. The problem most folks have is the confusion of operating their keyboard. There are so many features that it can be very difficult to remember what buttons to press just to create a piano sound, change the speed of the drumbeat or bring up the volume of the bass, for example.

I've been involved in programming electronic instruments since synthesizers were invented. I can visit your home and show you more in one hour than you could learn in a month of reading the manual.

So why not benefit from my many years of experience? I'll show you how to get the most out of your instrument with maximum enjoyment. Its easy when you know how. Just call or e-mail:

By the way, all the background music you're hearing was created with an electronic keyboard, probably similar to yours. The secret to having that full sound with many different instruments playing at once is MIDI*, the link between computers and keyboards. Please read on:

MIDI is the way to turn your keyboard into a jazz band, an orchestra or any musical combination you can think of. A simple connection to your computer, I will provide a simple program, and you've got the keys to a 16-track recording studio and a virtual orchestra of instruments, all at your command to play any song in any style.

I will show you the easy steps to create your own arrangements, intros and endings, using all your favorite sounds. Unlock the music that's in you and learn to create your own orchestra.
